## Tools
- tender_match (free): FREE. Live open UK public-sector tenders (Contracts Finder) matching your keywords and optional region — top 3 newest.
- tender_match_full (Pro): PRO. All open matches (up to 100) for a saved profile: several keyword sets + regions, with values, deadlines and days left. Optional min_value filter.
- new_since (Pro): PRO. Daily check: only tenders published since a date (default last 24h) for your keyword profile.
- closing_soon (Pro): PRO. Matches with deadlines in the next N days (default 14), soonest first.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://uk-tender-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://uk-tender-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://uk-tender-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).

## Pay per call (x402, USDC on Base)
No account: POST JSON args to https://uk-tender-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/x402/<tool> -> HTTP 402 with payment requirements ($0.02 USDC per call, payTo 0x02226D28e0c85AE4AdDB7fe7043Dd2b1Ff710D41). Retry with an X-PAYMENT header (x402 v1, scheme exact, network base). Manifest: https://uk-tender-alerts-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/.well-known/x402. MCP clients may also send X-PAYMENT on tools/call.
